Jenny Hubler
Jenny Hubler is the School Counseling Director at Hungary Creek Middle School in Henrico County, Virginia. Mrs. Hubler has 21 years of school counseling experience in Henrico, ten at the elementary level and eleven at the middle school level. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia and her Master’s Degree in School Counseling from Virginia Commonwealth University. A previous President of the Virginia School Counselor Association (VSCA), Mrs. Hubler currently serves as the VSCA Conference Chair. She was named VSCA’s elementary school counselor of the year in 2010 and the secondary school counselor of the year in 2017. In 2018, Mrs. Hubler had the honor of being named the School Counselor of the Year for Virginia by the American School Counselor Association. She is also a Nationally Board Certified Teacher in School Counseling.
Lauren White
Lauren H. White is a Tiered Intervention School Counselor at the high school level for Henrico County Public Schools in Henrico County, Virginia. Ms. White has 16 years of experience as a school counselor, 6 years at the high school level in both Virginia and Washington State, and 10 years at the middle school level in Virginia. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Virginia in 2004 and her Master’s Degree in Counseling from Old Dominion University in 2007. Ms. White served as the Membership Committee Chair for the Virginia School Counselor Association for five years and is now a member of the VSCA Conference Committee. Ms. White is currently pursuing National Board Certification in School Counseling and her Trauma-Informed Educator Specialization for Henrico County Public Schools.
